Once you have placed your order and payment has been processed your order will be filled in order it was received. (Usually within 1 business day) If we do not have it in stock your order will be processed, filled and shipped within 7 business days.
You can still expect delivery in approximately 7 business days or earlier. We will inform you shortly after receipt of your order.
Shipping rates are as follows:
Order amount $5-$75 – Priority mail shipping for $6.75 includes tracking number and $50 insurance. Colorado customers should receive in 1-3 business days and outside of Colorado customers should receive in 3-5 business days. OR $5 for First Class mail with NO insurance. This is available for ALL customers. Shipping is slower with First Class mail.
Order Amount $75 and up – We cover the cost of the shipping and customers cover the cost of insurance. All orders over $75 will go priority mail. This way we can better track the package and insure you are getting your items you purchased. Insurance starts at $2.75 up to $100 and for every additional $100 the insurance goes up $1.30 per. Example: $325 order amount insurance will be $5.80
If the Post Office does not show a delivery, we will replace the order and get it delivered to you. We will deal with the Post office for the loss of delivery. If the Post Office on the other hand says they delivered to you, then we are not responsible for the misplacement or damage. We are not responsible for any First Class mail packages.

Yes, Rhinestones can be returned within 15 days of the original order date. However ALL items must be in original state including the packaging. (No used or damaged items will be returned or refunded) Items returned will have a 15% restocking fee. All Clearance or Sale,Gift, and Custom Items cannot be returned or refunded. Please request an RMA number (return material authorization number).
We recommend that you call us at 303-523-6194, so we can better understand the job you want accomplished. However most embellished items are finalized within 7-10 business days. Please feel free to email us first with pictures or attachments to better explain your needs.
For different materials we recommend using different glues. If you are embellishing on a material that is flexible we recommend a white glue such as Gemtac or E6000. If you are adding rhinestones to a hard surface that isn’t flexible we recommend an epoxy. Keep in mind that all materials made have an oil film. We also suggest to “clean” or “rough up” all projects first to ensure the stones stay on better! For a specific project feel free to email us! We will gladly help if we can!
Keep in mind when ordering that all screen monitors can show colors differently. We try to show the stones as accurate as possible on our photos.
If you are using a glue that is machine washable, Yes! However we recommend washing them in delicate cycle or hand wash and hang dry. ALSO we have found that using oxi clean can loosen the stones.
